You can reach us through the contact form on any page, or at [support email address]. These terms apply whenever you use the site or buy from it. By placing an order or opening an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds, which form part of these terms.

You must have reached the age of majority in the province, territory or country you live in to place an order or open an account, and the details you give us must be accurate and yours to give. If you order on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for the order.

Before you pay, the checkout shows you every item, its price, the shipping charge, any tax, and the total in Canadian dollars, and lets you change quantities or go back. Pressing the payment button and completing payment is your offer to buy. We accept it when we send your receipt by email, and that is when the contract is made.

We may decline or cancel an order before it ships if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, if we cannot verify the payment or the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full and tell you why.

If you need to change or cancel an order, write to us as soon as you can. Once a parcel has left us it cannot be changed, and the returns process applies instead.

Your receipt is your copy of the contract. Keep it. If you have an account, your orders are also listed there.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. For delivery within Canada, the sales tax for the province or territory you are shipping to is added at checkout and shown before you pay. For delivery outside Canada we collect no tax; any import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are collected from you on delivery.

We check prices carefully, but if one is wrong we will tell you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. Prices may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you order.

Payment is taken by card through Helcim, our payment processor. Your card details are entered in Helcim’s secure window and do not pass through our systems. Your card is charged when you confirm the payment. If a payment is declined, no order is placed. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Shipping charges, destinations and timing are set out in the Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check the address at checkout; a parcel returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost, or refunded less the original shipping charge.

Returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the consumer protection legislation of the other provinces and territories.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. That right does not apply to a sealed hair care product you have unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene. How to exercise it is explained in the returns policy.

Jenöris products are cosmetics for external use on hair and scalp. Use them as directed on the label and the product page. Before first use, apply a small amount to a patch of skin and wait 24 hours; if irritation occurs, stop using the product. Keep products away from the eyes and out of reach of children. Full ingredient lists are printed on each product and shown on its page.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Descriptions of what a formula does refer to the appearance and feel of hair and vary from person to person. If you have a scalp condition, an allergy to nuts or seeds, or any concern, speak to a health professional before use.

An account is optional. If you open one, keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site, other customers or our staff. You can ask us to close your account at any time through the contact form; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep afterwards.

Every account is a Club membership. The rules are these:

• You earn 1 point for every whole dollar spent on goods, after any discount and before shipping and tax.
• Each point is worth $0.05 when spent, so 100 points are worth $5.00.
• Points are spent at checkout in blocks of 100, once you have at least 100, and can cover up to 50% of the goods in an order.
• Points earned on an order are reversed if that order is refunded, in proportion to the refund.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not paid out in money.
• Membership levels are Bone, Gold, Bordeaux, reached at 500 lifetime points for Gold and 1,500 lifetime points for Bordeaux. Any benefits attached to a level are shown on your account page when they are offered.

We may change or end the Club. If we do, we will give you notice on the site and at least 30 days to spend the points you hold, unless the change is required by law.

The words, photographs, films, illustrations and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, sell or republish them, or use our name or marks to suggest an association we have not agreed to.

Please do not use automated tools to scrape the site, place orders or submit forms, do not try to get around its security, and do not give false information. We may block access from anyone who does.

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered, in the condition described, and for the things these terms and the law say we are responsible for. We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong, for losses caused by your own misuse of a product against its directions, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that consumer protection law gives you and does not allow us to exclude, including your rights if a product is defective, not as described, or not delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Province] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own province, territory or country, and this clause does not take it away. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; almost every problem is fixed by a conversation. If it cannot be, the courts of [Province] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to bring a claim where you live where the law gives you that right.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it, and we keep earlier versions on request.
